Delete your Carex24 account
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data from Carex24 by Krishna Medical (Android app: com.krishnamedicaladmin).
You do not need to sign in, receive an OTP or have the app installed to start a request.
How to request deletion
- Email kmhgarhwa@gmail.com with the subject Carex24 account deletion request.
- Include your registered mobile number and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. You can instead name specific records you want removed while keeping your account.
- We will contact you to verify ownership, explain any records we must legally retain, and confirm completion. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
If you cannot use email or no longer have access to your registered number, call +91 7903900348 so we can help verify your request safely. Opening an email draft does not send it; please send the request from your email app.
Never send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card number or other payment credentials. We do not need these to process a deletion request.
What is deleted
Your Carex24 profile and sign-in identity, saved addresses, uploaded prescriptions and health documents, health readings, and other account-linked personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Account deletion removes the account; it is not just a temporary suspension.
What may be retained
Invoices and transaction records are retained only where legally required, for the applicable legal retention period. Our response will identify the categories retained, the reason and the applicable period. Access is limited to that required purpose, and the records are removed when the requirement ends. Service providers may retain information they independently need for their own legal obligations or security requirements under their policies.
After deletion
You will lose access to the deleted account and its removed records. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or submit a request. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an order, arrange a refund or redeem a wallet balance; contact us for help with those services.
