किस लिए दी जाती है

यह capsule combination asthma या COPD जैसी स्थितियों में wheezing, सांस फूलना और airway inflammation को नियंत्रित करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। यह अचानक हुए गंभीर breathing attack के लिए अकेली rescue treatment नहीं है। इसे केवल डॉक्टर के निर्देशन और बताए गए inhalation device के साथ उपयोग करना चाहिए।

कैसे काम करती है

Levosalbutamol airway की मांसपेशियों को ढीला करके सांस लेना आसान करता है। Beclomethasone corticosteroid airway की सूजन और irritation को कम करता है। दोनों मिलकर bronchospasm और inflammation पर काम करते हैं।

संभावित आम दुष्प्रभाव

इस combination से ये सामान्य दुष्प्रभाव हो सकते हैं।

• हाथ कांपना
• धड़कन महसूस होना
• सिरदर्द
• गले में irritation या आवाज बैठना
• मुंह में fungal infection

इस्तेमाल से पहले सावधानी

किसी ingredient से allergy हो तो उपयोग न करें। Heart-rhythm problem, high blood pressure, thyroid disorder, diabetes, low potassium, glaucoma, seizures, tuberculosis या अन्य infection, pregnancy या breastfeeding के बारे में डॉक्टर को बताएं। Beta-blockers, diuretics, अन्य bronchodilators, corticosteroids, theophylline और कुछ antidepressants interaction कर सकते हैं। Capsule यदि inhalation के लिए दी गई हो तो उसे निगलें नहीं।
