These terms cover your use of carex24.com and the Carex24 by Krishna Medical mobile app. Carex24 provides online services for Krishna Medical Hall and Prema Healthcare in Garhwa. Please read these terms along with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages before using the services or placing an order.
1. Our services
Krishna Medical Hall supplies medicines and healthcare products ordered through Carex24. Prema Healthcare provides clinic and doctor appointment services. Product availability, delivery coverage and appointment availability depend on the service selected.
2. Your account and information
Provide accurate contact, delivery and service information, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorised to use. If you arrange a service for another person, you must have permission to provide their information. Keep your sign-in details and one-time passwords private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Use Carex24 lawfully. Do not submit false prescriptions or order details, attempt to access another person's records, interfere with the website, or misuse payment and account features.
3. Medicines and healthcare information
Prescription medicines require a valid prescription where applicable and are subject to the store's verification and applicable sale restrictions. Products marked as store-only or restricted cannot be purchased online. A catalogue listing does not guarantee that a product is available for sale or delivery.
Product descriptions, medicine alternatives and other health information are for general information. They do not replace a prescription, professional medical advice or the information supplied with a product. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping a medicine. Carex24 is not an emergency medical service.
4. Orders, prices and payments
Check the selected products, quantities, delivery address, discounts, delivery charges and final payable amount before confirming an order. Available payment methods, including cash on delivery where eligible, are shown at checkout. Offers and wallet benefits apply only when displayed as available for your order.
Order fulfilment is subject to stock, prescription requirements where applicable, payment status and delivery serviceability. Payment confirmation alone does not confirm dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled or an order detail needs correction, contact the store to resolve the issue and any applicable refund. A later change to a catalogue price does not by itself change a confirmed order's agreed price.
Payments made through third-party payment services are also subject to their applicable terms. If money is debited but payment is not confirmed, contact us with your order number and transaction reference. Never share a card PIN, UPI PIN, password or OTP with support.
5. Delivery
Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination and order. Review the details shown at checkout and our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by availability or transit conditions. Contact the store promptly if an address needs correction or a parcel is delayed or damaged.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For a cancellation or order change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check its current status. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. That policy specifies the eligible non-medicine products and request window. For medicines, contact the store to confirm the applicable return terms before ordering.
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
7. Appointments and other healthcare services
Appointment requests depend on the provider's availability and confirmation. Check any fee, timing and service details when arranging an appointment. For a change or cancellation, contact the relevant clinic or service provider using the details shown on Carex24.
8. Privacy and third-party links
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, order and healthcare-service information is handled. You can also read the account and data deletion instructions. External websites and services linked from Carex24 have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Service availability and changes to these terms
Website and app features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical interruptions. Contact the store if an interruption affects an order or payment. Updates to these terms will be published here with a revised date and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
