किस लिए दी जाती है

Cranberry Extract, Potassium Magnesium Citrate और D-Mannose powder urinary tract health के लिए supportive care के रूप में उपयोग किया जा सकता है। यह पेशाब में जलन जैसे कुछ urinary symptoms, बार-बार होने वाले urinary infections के जोखिम और कुछ प्रकार के urinary crystals या stones को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है, लेकिन active bacterial infection के लिए antibiotic का विकल्प नहीं है।

कैसे काम करती है

Cranberry components और D-Mannose कुछ bacteria को urinary lining से चिपकने से रोकने में मदद कर सकते हैं, हालांकि इसका लाभ हर व्यक्ति में निश्चित नहीं है। Potassium Magnesium Citrate urine में citrate बढ़ाकर और उसे कम acidic बनाकर कुछ crystals बनने की संभावना घटा सकता है।

इस्तेमाल से पहले सावधानी

गंभीर kidney disease, पेशाब बहुत कम होना, blood में potassium या magnesium बढ़ा होना, या heart-rhythm problem होने पर डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना इसे न लें। Kidney stones, diabetes, गर्भावस्था या स्तनपान के बारे में बताएं। Blood thinners, potassium-sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, lithium तथा potassium या magnesium वाले अन्य products के साथ interaction हो सकता है।
