Acebrophylline और Acetylcysteine tablet का उपयोग आम तौर पर ऐसी respiratory conditions में किया जाता है जिनमें airways संकरी हों और गाढ़ा बलगम बनता हो, जैसे asthma, COPD या bronchitis। यह खांसी और बलगम साफ करने में मदद कर सकती है और केवल डॉक्टर के निर्देश पर लेनी चाहिए।

कैसे काम करती है

Acebrophylline airway की मांसपेशियों को ढीला करने और mucus production को नियंत्रित करने में मदद करती है। Acetylcysteine गाढ़े बलगम के बंधन तोड़कर उसे पतला और बाहर निकालना आसान बनाती है।

संभावित आम दुष्प्रभाव

इस combination से पेट संबंधी परेशानी हो सकती है और Acebrophylline कभी-कभी nervous system या heart rate को प्रभावित कर सकती है।

इस्तेमाल से पहले सावधानी

Acebrophylline, xanthine medicines या Acetylcysteine से एलर्जी, गंभीर liver या kidney disease, irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, हाल का heart attack, peptic ulcer, seizure disorder, asthma या bronchospasm होने पर डॉक्टर को बताएं। अन्य xanthines, कुछ antibiotics, cimetidine, allopurinol, beta-agonists, diuretics, heart medicines, nitroglycerin और cough suppressants इसके साथ असर डाल सकते हैं। गर्भावस्था या स्तनपान की जानकारी भी दें।
