We verify that the account belongs to you and complete verified requests within 30 days. Account deletion includes the Carex24 profile, its sign-in identity, saved addresses, uploaded prescriptions and health documents, health readings, and other associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain. You may also request deletion of specific information while keeping your account.
Invoices and transaction records are retained only where legally required, for the applicable legal retention period. We will explain any retained record categories, the reason and the applicable period in our response; those records are removed when that requirement ends. Retained records are restricted to the required purpose. Deleting an account is not merely disabling it, and uninstalling the app does not submit a deletion request. Service providers may retain information they independently need to meet their own legal obligations or security requirements under their policies.
